GENERAL MEETING - June 21, 2011 -
Change of Date
We will have our annual potluck binomo
and chair sale. Please bring a dish or platter of yummy food and a serving utensil. PBS will provide drinks.
For our annual chair sale, vendors are asked to sell their wares on a chair, a TV tray, or a card table no larger than 3'X3'. Vendors must provide their own tray or card table, but may use MAC chairs. Space is limited to 1 chair OR table per member. The round tables provided by MAC are reserved for "potlucking"; no selling from the round tables.
Calling for volunteers! Tara needs you! anyone willing to help set-up and help clean-up for the potluck is asked to call Tara Fergerson (503)267-8718
BRING YOUR ENTRIES FOR THE TRAVELING LIBRARY SHOW
We are creating a display of beaded dolls by PBS members which we will move from one library to another in the Portland Metro area - possibly binomo legal atau ilegal
six diffeerent libraries by binomo investasi
the end of the year. The PBS traveling library show is designed to reach out to all ages of the general public.
Submitted dolls will be juried and a selection will be chosen that form a cohesive body of work that fits in the library display cases. Accepted entries will be used in the show through December 31, 2011. The show will not be in insured, but the displayed dolls will be kept in a locked case at the libraries. PBS claims no responsibilty for loss, damage, or theft to the dolls. Some bead artists add a rider to their home owners' insurance when they have beadwork in a show.

(Application form on page 6 of the current newsletter), must be recieved by June 21, 2011. You may submit your beaded doll at the PBS General Meeting on June 21st or arrange a different drop off with tutorial binomo

General Membership Monthly Meetings
This is our monthly event. We have a very active membership who attend our meetings.
Generally, every month we have a speaker complete with a slide show representing their work or the story they are telling. The topics might be marvelous lampworked beads and the artist who made them
or how seed beads are made in the Czech Republic. We might hear from seed bead artists who use those little bitty beads to make fabulous necklaces or sculptural pieces. We might see a slide
show about the families who make Hill Tribe Silver in Thailand. Around the holidays we have a potluck and make earrings to give to a women's shelter.
Very diverse subjects for a very diverse group of folks who enjoy, like, or love beads.
