Co-op Table Fee is $30 for one 2ft wide 10in deep counter space for one of the three days of the show. 

Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully and Initial Each Block.

 

1.      The PBS member selling the item must handcraft all items for sale.  Acceptable work includes lampwork, blown glass, polymer, beaded art including sculptural and bead embellished fiber art as well as bead embellished clothing and accessories.  Selling of kits is not allowed. _________Initials

2.      You must be a paid PBS member as of October 26, 2007 in order to participate as a co-op vendor in the 2008 Art & Elegance in Beads show. __________ Initials

3.      Priority of applications in the show is based upon length of PBS membership, active participation in PBS, and order of receipt of application. _________Initials

4.      Selling space is restricted to a 2foot wide by 10-inch deep section of the co-op table for one day only.  Vertical displays are allowed. ________ Initials

5.      Co-op vendors must maintain booth areas and may not interfere with adjacent exhibits in any way.  Extra merchandise must be stored under cover and out of sight. ___________ Initials

6.      This contract shall not be sold, transferred, or shared with other vendors. __________ Initials

8.      Violations of any of the terms and conditions contained herein will result in exclusion from future A&E events. _________ Initials

9.      Contracts and vendor fees must be received by Diane Mandaville, A&E co-chair by March 01, 2008

10.   I understand that I may purchase a business card ad in the A&E Directory and Resource Guide for $5 and I will forward my business card and the $5 fee with my co-op fee ___________Initials.
