Believe it or not, we are already making plans for next year's Bead Bazaar! At our committee's wrap-up meeting we enthusiastically discussed ideas for 2008 - including creative ways to spread the word to a greater audience of beaders.

Thanks are due to many people who make the Bead Bazaar so successful, including our 88 member vendors. They come to sell their wares, assemble spectacular booths and give 10% of their proceeds to support Bead Society operations throughout the year. Our top sellers this year were Adrienne Montgomery and Pamela Maxfield's Bello Modo. Congratulations and thank you!

VENDORS! Remember the 2008 Bazaar application will be in our June 2008 newlsetter. You need to be a member or have your membership paid up as of Jan 31, 2008 to qualify.

We had 73 member volunteers who gave 330 hours of their valuable time. An event of this magnitude is NOT possible without that kind of help.

The only reason that the Bazaar Committee can work so hard and yet have a good time doing it AND return year after year is because we have a Dream Team. Thanks go to Cathy Brauer, Cherie Calewart, Dusti Dickman, Carrie Sakai, Karen Carr, Toni McCarthy, and Jeannine O'Hagan, all have given generously of their time throughout the year (and years!) to make the Bazaar the smoothly running event that it is. And, as always the PBS Board provides invaluable support.
